Rhea is a wonderful and patient listener. That's the first thing I noticed about her. She asks questions throughout the sessions and gets a bigger perspective on our issues. I admired her ability to remember all the points of previous sessions too. Only then does she start helping you through various practices. By the time a month was over, I was in better grip of myself. Even now, when I need periodic help, Rhea is always there to help me. I recommend her to everyone who feel they need to make sense of their jumbled and overwhelming thoughts.

My experience with Rhea has been incredible. Opening up about your feelings and experiences can be daunting, but Rhea made this journey so easy for me and I was comfortable talking to her from the get go. We did a great deal of work building up my confidence, increasing my self support and helping me understand the importance of holding my space. I 100% recommend Rhea as she has listened to me with zero judgement, given me great advice and has also called me out when required without making me feel bad about myself.

I feel the effects of therapy in my day to day life, as I’m now able to carry myself through certain situations with much more ease and comfort than I previously used to.

My emotional state of being was shattered in pieces when I called up Rhea for counseling. It was difficult for for me to explain the issues to her. But her friendliness n non judgemental behaviour made it possible. She knows what she s doing n I trusted her way. Her process of sorting out the core issues is amazing. She has been patient with me all the way. As a emotinal person I always strayed from the root cause but she brought me back very gently. I m glad I knocked the right door. Can't thank her enuf for all that she did for me.

I must say, Rhea is amazing. Right from the very first session, she created a safe space and was very empathetic towards me. This helped me open up and share my deepest fears and worries without hesitation.

She offered a tailored approach that included cognitive-behavioural techniques and mindfulness exercises. Throughout the process, Rhea provided consistent support and motivation, which greatly aided my progress.

I highly recommend Rhea to anyone struggling with anxiety. Her expertise, empathy, and dedication were invaluable for my recovery journey.
